Please help us in our mission to spread awareness of the benefits of exercise and physical activity in treating anxiety and depression. We need both volunteers and financial support to carry out this very important mission.

Volunteers:

We are in need of volunteers to help us to carry out our mission. We can make use of anyone who is looking to make a difference, but we are especially in need of volunteers with backgrounds in mental health, physical therapy and physical training.
